Should you rinse hair in cold water?
I have thin yet wavy/curly and dry hair. I read on a website that you should rinse you hair through with cold water (after shampooing and conditioning)because it seal in the cuticle. Is that right? Because I tried it today and my hair looks as if it came
yes it does seal the cuticle.
