Greenway Station Announces Bison Jack's To Its Restaurant Line-up
MIDDLETON, Wis. (September 1, 2011) – Greenway Station Shopping Center announces the addition of Bison Jack’s, a new and innovative restaurant serving bison dogs, bratwursts and burgers. The restaurant will open in 2,400 square feet and be located in between Cosi and Starbuck’s.
Bison Jack's is an exciting concept that adds a tasty yet healthy twist to the traditional hot dog or hamburger by using bison meat. The meat consists of top-quality Five Herds bison, which is raised on free range ranches.
The menu at Bison Jack's will include signature dogs like the Sonoran Bison Dog and the Chicago Dog, as well as create-your-own dogs, burgers, salads and more. There will be more than 30 toppings and sauces for the dogs, brats and burgers, and popular side dishes like cheese curds, baked potato salad and bison chili will also be available.
Everything on the restaurant’s menu is made from premium quality ingredients. Bison meat is lean, gluten-free, low in cholesterol and sodium and nutritionally offers more protein and nutrients with fewer calories and less fat.
