The Man About Town Makeovers: Our IT Guy Gets a Haircut
Men generally don't put such a strong focus on hair products and maintenance, and often don't commit much thought or time to the matter. I do not differ from this stereotype. So when I was offered the opportunity to experience something wildly different from my usual $10 hairdresser, it was something I had to jump at.
The first thing I noticed about Barney Martin Hairdressing was a quirky sign on the door which read "Sorry, We're Open" (The reverse of which, I later found out, read: "Come In, We're Closed"). I instantly warmed to the place. Inside, it was styled in a way which I can only describe as eclectically modern, which reinforced the nature of the business and the attitude of the staff.
As a male, I felt slightly alienated amongst the swathe of females in the salon, even despite the few male hairdressers. The salon seemed primarily geared toward females, hardly negating or modifying my original expectations. Even so, the staff were friendly and the layout comforting.

Just noticed There's a girl here getting her
