How can I remove the hardened part in underarm part of the shirt due to deodorant?

The thing is white in color. It is impossible to remove because it is hardened already. I've tried pouring hot water on it, but still doesn't work.
Any help?

Make a solution of Soda crystals (like a paste) and place onto the area underneath the arms.The active ingredients will work to soften and remove the stains.Once done just wash as normal.
