Beyoncé Knowles tops celeb fragrance list
Beyoncé Knowles’ Heat has topped a compilation of favourite celebrity scents.
The stunning 29-year-old singer unleashed her debut perfume Heat in 2010, with second fragrance Heat Rush following this year.
The scent has proved popular with fans, and has now beaten the likes of Mariah Carey and Kylie Minogue in a list of top celebrity perfumes compiled by Britain’s The Fragrance Shop.
Sanjay Vadera, CEO and chairman of the company, has explained how important celebrity endorsements are when it comes to perfume.
"Celebrity fragrances remain at the top of the wish list," he told British newspaper The Sun.
Showbiz power couple David and Victoria Beckham also made the top ten. Two of the soccer star’s fragrances, Homme and Intimately Yours, appeared at number three and number five respectively. Meanwhile, the couple’s Signature scent came in at number ten.
