. It was amazing to see what those people were able to do with their bodies.

Then it was time for our makeovers. Our hair was done by Ken Paves and our styling by Jeannie Mai. Ken Paves was a really cool guy. Aside from doing hair, he likes to restore old cars. What guy doesn't love that? Plus, Ken told me that I resemble Mark Wahlberg. I think I will take that compliment and run with it! Look out, Mark. When I am done here, I will gladly step in to fill your roles on the big screen!

One thing you don't realize when you are on the ranch is how dramatic your weight loss is. I had lost 102 pounds at this point, but because I looked at myself in a mirror every day it didn't seem that dramatic. But with a new haircut and nice new clothes, it all became real.

It did feel strange not having Ramon here with me this week. He is someone that I would love to share this experience with. I really wasn't ready for him to leave the ranch.

So somehow this got me looking up YouTubes of Mark Wahlberg, and it’s actually astonishing to see how much he’s changed over the years when you actually look at footage of him in chronological order.

“Good Vibrations” is basically what we all remember when we think about Mark Wahlberg, much to his supposed embarrassment. He notoriously hates when people call him Marky Mark and will walk out of interviews if someone does. But the music video doesn’t do the young Wahlberg justice.
